THE IMPLEMENTATION LAB
Thoughtfully curated destinations and experiences designed to support rest, connection, and clarity for women who lead.
ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION LAB
You've had the retreat idea for a while now.
It's living in your notes app, you've talked about it with people close to you, maybe you've even started looking at destinations or saving villas on Instagram at midnight.
The vision is there. What you don't have yet is the system behind it — the one that tells you exactly what to do, in what order, with real numbers attached so you can stop dreaming about it and actually build it.
That's what the Implementation Lab is.
This isn't a course about retreats in theory. It's a working experience built around the same operating system behind BRB Retreats — six luxury retreats across four countries, with clients who have gone on to host their own retreats at the very properties I've stayed in. You're not learning from a template someone put together after hosting one event. You're learning from someone who is actively doing this, has made the mistakes, refined the model, and built something repeatable and profitable that works year after year.

Inside the Lab you'll get clear on your retreat vision and the transformation your guests are meant to walk away with — because if you can't articulate that, you can't sell it.
You'll build your budget from a profit-first position so the numbers are working before you ever fall in love with a villa. You'll learn how to search for and vet properties, how to communicate with vendors in a way that gets you taken seriously, and how to build relationships that give you real leverage in the negotiation. You'll set up your Airtable Retreat Dashboard as a live operating system for your business — not a spreadsheet you look at once and forget, but the actual infrastructure your retreat runs on. And you'll walk away knowing exactly how to open the room — the invitation, the DM conversation, the booking page, and how to sell it confidently before you even have a complete itinerary.

By the time you're done you won't just have a plan.
You'll have a retreat that's ready to sell, a system you can run again, and the clarity that comes from finally doing the thing you've been thinking about for way too long.
I CANNOT believe I sold out my retreat just 1 day after attending the Implementation Lab!

THE IMPLEMENTATION LAB
WHAT WE COVER
01
Vision, Purpose, and Guest Transformation
This is where we start with clarity, not logistics. You'll define who this retreat is for, why it belongs inside your business model, and what your guests are meant to walk away with. You'll build a retreat purpose and transformation statement you can actually sell. And you'll set up your Airtable Retreat Dashboard as a live operating system from day one so you're building inside a real infrastructure, not a random Google Doc.
02
The Money
We anchor the vision in real numbers. Profit-first pricing, room pricing strategy, single versus shared rooms, building your costs and expenses into the budget, and using the profit calculator to get genuinely excited about your goal rather than scared of it. We also get into destination strategy — not just where you want to go, but where the margins actually work so you're not planning a beautiful retreat that doesn't pay you.
03
The Villa and Vendor Communication
This is the part most people skip and then wonder why their retreat falls apart. You'll learn how to search for and vet villas the right way, how to communicate with property management in a way that gets you taken seriously, and how to build vendor relationships before you ever sign a contract. We cover high season versus off season, weather and tourism timing, what needs to be in your contract, and how to build the team behind the experience.
04
Marketing, Sales, and Opening the Room
This is where it gets real. The invitation model, the DM conversation, the content strategy for selling the retreat, building your booking page, and identifying your first guests from your existing community. You'll also learn how to sell the retreat confidently before you have a complete itinerary — because waiting until everything is perfect is exactly why most people never open the room.
